Effective April 1, 2021, Margaret Keane, Synchrony's Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the role of Executive Chair of Synchrony’s Board of Directors and Brian Doubles, President, will become President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of Synchrony’s Board of Directors. Margaret and Brian sat down to discuss the news.
