I agree Synchrony may edit the Materials (including for length/clarity), is not required to use them, and will not submit the Materials to me for further approval. To the extent permitted by law, I agree the Materials and related rights are owned by Synchrony and that Synchrony may copyright the same. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synchrony from any claims (known and unknown) arising from Synchrony’s authorized use of Materials, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, defamation, or intellectual property. This Release is governed by New York law.
