What is tjxrewards.com?

This is the website where you can access and manage your TJX Rewards® Platinum Mastercard® or TJX Rewards® Credit Card.

This is the website where you may pay your bill online, manage your credit card, check your statement, update your account, and more.

Tjxrewards.com is a different website than the shopping website, tjmaxx.com.

How it works?

Shop — Make purchases online or in store across our family of stores.
Earn — Every 1000 Points earns you a $10 Rewards Certificate.
Redeem — Use your Rewards Certificates on purchases online or in store.

How to apply?

Apply Now or visit tjxrewards.com and click Apply.

Please complete entire application. Missing or inaccurate information may delay or adversely affect credit decisions. By applying you agree that, if approved, Synchrony Bank may provide you with a TJX Rewards® Platinum Mastercard® or a TJX Rewards® Credit Card.

If approved, a temporary card number will be issued for immediate use for online and in-store transactions within our family of stores. Your physical card will arrive in 7–10 days.

Does an application impact my credit score?

Yes, it could. However, you can find out if you Prequalify without impacting your credit score. If you prequalify, you will have an opportunity to accept the offer and apply for credit which may impact your credit score.

What is the APR/interest rate for the TJXRewards credit card?
How do I earn points/rewards?

Use the TJX Rewards® Platinum Mastercard® or TJX Rewards® Credit Card to earn 5 points per $1 spent when you shop in stores or online across our family of stores.

Plus, TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard cardmembers earn $1 point per $1 spent everywhere else Mastercard is accepted.

A $10 Rewards Certificate will be issued for every 1,000 Points you earn.

Rewards Certificates can be redeemed in-store across our family of stores or online at tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com or sierra.com.

How do I manage my credit card, pay my bills online, or check my balance?

The easiest way to manage your card and pay your bill is to log in to your TJX Rewards credit card account at tjxrewards.com. Here, you may also check your statement, update your account, and more.

If you do not have an online account set up, you must create one by Registering Your Card.

If you link your card, you will gain the ability to check your available Rewards balance across our sites (tjmaxx.com, and marshalls.com) and apps (T.J.Maxx app, Marshalls and HomeGoods app.). Link Your Card or learn more: Digital Rewards Certificate FAQs

How do I redeem Rewards Certificate?

Online:

  • If you linked your card, your Rewards Certificates will appear in the Payment section within checkout when signed in on tjmaxx.com.
  • If you have not linked your card, you can manually redeem your Rewards Certificates within checkout. When you enter the Payment section of checkout, you will see an area to manually type in your Rewards Certificates and CSC (Certificate Security Code) to redeem.

In Store:

  • If you have linked your card, your Rewards Certificates will be available when signed in on the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls or HomeGoods apps for you to scan and redeem in any of our family of stores.
  • If you have not linked your card, you can have a cashier scan the Rewards Certificates issued in your paper or electronic billing statement to redeem.
  • If you wish to print your Rewards Certificates for use in store, login to your TJX Rewards credit card account at tjxrewards.com. If you do not have an online account set up at tjxrewards.com, you will need to Register Your Card.
Where can I see my Rewards balance?

If you have linked your card, you may log in and view your balance on the Rewards page of the Account section on tjmaxx.com, or marshalls.com (the shopping websites). Once you have linked your card, you may also track your Points and see how much you have left to spend before you earn your next Rewards Certificate across our sites and apps.

If you have not linked your card, log in to your TJX Rewards credit card account at tjxrewards.com to view your Rewards balance. If you do not have an online account set up at tjxrewards.com, you will need to Register Your Card.

What does it mean to "link my card"?

Linking allows you to view your Rewards Certificates and Points balances directly on our sites and apps. You can redeem Rewards Certificates online at checkout with the click of a button and scan them in any of our family of stores by downloading one of our apps. No need to carry paper Certificates or search for email Certificates. Simply log in and visit the Rewards page to Link Your Card.

How do I link/unlink my card?

You must first link your TJX Rewards® credit card to your TJX account to enjoy the linked experience.

To complete the link, you will need to:

  1. Log in to your T.J.Maxx, or Marshalls account. If you do not have a username and password, you must first create an account.
  2. Visit the Rewards page of the Account section and click on "link my card".
  3. Enter the User ID/Email and Password that you can use to manage your credit card and pay your bill online for your TJX Rewards credit card account at tjxrewards.com. If you do not have an online account setup, you will need to Register Your Card.

If at any time you no longer wish to be linked, you can unlink your credit card by clicking the "unlink my card" button at the bottom of the Rewards page of the Account section. You may relink your card at any time.

Reasons you may need to unlink your card:

  1. You previously linked but are now unable to see your Rewards Certificates.
  2. You have been issued a new TJX Rewards® credit card.
  3. You are experiencing issues with your available Rewards balance.
