What is the RH Credit Card?

The RH Credit Card offers customers a credit card through Synchrony Bank with a revolving credit limit to use again and again with RH*. Learn more about Synchrony credit cards here.

Can I add an Authorized User to my RH Credit Card account?

To add an Authorized user to your RH Credit Card account, call RH Credit Card Customer Service at 855-507-1495 or log in to your online account here to provide the user's name, date of birth, and home address. Adding a user doesn't impact your credit score, and the user can make purchases but isn't responsible for payments, which remain the primary cardholder's responsibility.

Where can I use my RH Credit Card to make purchases?

Use your RH Credit Card online for any orders shipping to the U.S., to purchase RH gift cards and to pay the RH Membership program fee. You may also use your card at any RH Gallery or RH Outlet located in the U.S. Unfortunately, the RH Credit Card is not available for use in RH Restaurants or Wine Bars. How are purchases charged to my RH Credit Card?

In general, RH submits charges for authorization when an item ships, which is usually within two business days for in-stock items. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will not be charged until it ships. For example: If you purchase three items, and each item ships on a different day, you would have three separate charges and payment plans.

Can I use the RH Credit Card in your Canadian galleries?

The RH Credit Card is not available for use in non-U.S. Galleries or for orders shipped outside of the U.S.
