Access your Chico’s credit card.

1. To get started, speak to an associate at a Chico’s, Chico’s Outlet or Chico’s Off The Rack store or visit www.chicos.com/credit. Please note: When applying for the Chico’s credit card, you will first need to be enrolled in the Club Chico’s rewards program if you are not already a member.
2. Complete the application process online or in-store.
3. If you are approved instantly, you will be able to shop immediately with your temporary account information. With this account information, you can shop at Chico’s and the temporary account information is valid for 14 days. Please note, if you applied online, your temporary account information is valid for purchases at chicos.com and in-store at Chico’s; if you applied in-store, your temporary account information is only valid for purchases in-store at Chico’s until you receive your physical credit card in the mail and activate it.
4. Additionally, if you apply and are approved online, you can instantly add your new card to your digital wallet and start using it immediately. Supported wallets include Apple Pay (Chico’s Credit Card and Mastercard®), Google Pay (Chico’s Mastercard) and Samsung Pay (Chico’s Mastercard).
5. Your new credit card will arrive in the mail within 7 - 10 business days following the approval of your account.

If you are not approved instantly, it may take up to 10 business days to learn more about your application status via mail or email from Synchrony.

The Chico’s Mastercard can be used for purchases and to earn reward points everywhere Mastercard is accepted, including in-store at Chico’s locations and online at chicos.com.^¹

The Chico’s Credit Card is a Private Label Credit Card and can only be used for purchases and to earn reward points in-store at Chico’s locations and online at chicos.com.^¹

The Chico’s Credit Card and Chico’s Mastercard can be used to make purchases at Chico’s, Chico’s Outlet and Chico’s Off The Rack stores and online at chicos.com. Additionally, the Chico’s Mastercard can be used anywhere else a Mastercard is accepted^¹.

The Chico’s Mastercard can be used at White House Black Market and Soma stores and the Primary Chico’s cardmember will earn 1% back in points credited to their Club Chico’s rewards account^¹. The Chico’s Credit Card can only be used in-store and online at Chico’s.

You can earn 7.5% back in points on purchases made using your Chico’s Mastercard or Chico’s Credit Card at Chico’s, Chico’s Outlets, Chico’s Off The Rack stores and online at chicos.com^¹. Chico’s Mastercard members also earn 2% back in points on Grocery Store and Restaurant purchases and 1% back in points everywhere else Mastercard is accepted.^¹

Once you have earned 1,000 points, you’ll receive a $10 Club Chico’s reward certificate which can be used towards a future qualifying Chico’s purchase. For full details on the Club Chico’s rewards program, visit www.chicos.com/rewards.

To make a payment to your Chico’s credit card, click “Manage My Account” above or call the phone number on the back of your card. Payments cannot be made in store.
